Yes, you can make changes to your BokinStay reservations if it is still in a pending status and has not been accepted or declined by the host
To cancel your guest reservation follow these steps: 1. Login to your guest account 2. Go to dashboard 3. Go to reservations on your left side. 4. Click on the details button of the reservations you wish to cancel. 5. Click on the cancel button. 6. Enter your reason to cancel. 7. Click on the submit button
To check the status of your guest reservation follow these steps: 1. Login to your guest account 2. Go to your dashboard. 3. Click on the reservation on your left hand side, from there you will see the status of your reservations.

You will be charged immediately as soon as you place your booking. If the host declines your booking or it expires, your full refund will be issued within 24 hours to your BokinStay wallet which you can use immediately for another booking on our site or app or save it for future booking.
Help on your reservations
If BokinStay host cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund into your BsWallet or BsAccount. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days BokinStay will help you book another place. BsWallet and BsAccount are the only refund method that allows guest or renters to receive full refund. Any other refund methods are subjected to fees regardless of if guest cancel reservation or host cancel reservation or BokinStay cancel the reservation.
If you forgot your item, the first step is to contact your host immediately. provide details about your item and location to help the host locate your item. discuss with your host on how to return your item by shipping or pickup your item.
If a host has not responded to your booking request within 24 hours, the request will expire and your payment will be refunded to your BsWallet. we recommend you wait 24-hours before making alternative arrangements.
