Listing Management
Our hosts are responsible for managing listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, location, pricing, up to date listing pictures and video of their listing , managing bookings, handling guest communication, cleaning and maintenance of their properties, and delivering services and experience in a timely manner.

Booking System
Our booking system allows our hosts to manage reservations, manual approval of bookings or instant booking, pricing adjustments, manage guest communication, manage property listing details through the BokinStay platform.

Prices and Fees
BokinStay charges host service fees of 20% per booking which will be deducted before host payout. we also charge the host $43 cancellation fees per canceled reservations which will be deducted before the host payout. The host can charge guests a refundable security deposit to cover any potential damages. all the host additional fees will be paid to the host except taxes
Follow these steps to list your place on BokinStay: 1. Create a host account and verify your email. 2. Login to your host account and click on the dashboard. 3. Click on add new from your left hand side. 4. enter your property details including your title, descriptions, photos and other information. 5. Click on the continue button to enter more information. 6. Click on submit button to publish and make your listing go live.
BokinStay released payment to the host within 4 days after guests checked -in. the exact time the funds arrive in the host’s account depends on the chosen payout method. for longer stays (after 2 weeks or more), hosts will receive monthly installments payout every 15th of the month but the first month payment will be paid to the host within 4 days after guests checked-in.

To request a refund from BokinStay host, the guest should contact the host directly through our messaging feature to discuss the issue and attempt to resolve the issue amicably. if the issue is not resolved with the host, the guest can contact the BokinStay by submitting a support ticket to request a refund. Guests must submit a refund claim within 2 days of the issue and provide necessary documentation to support the refund claim. any refund request after 2 days of the issues will be rejected.
To become a BokinStay host, the host must be least 18 years old and must have a legal right to rent the property they want to list. The host must be the owner of the property or have permission to rent the property that they want to list at BokinStay. Host must comply with their local laws and regulations regarding short term rentals.
To communicate with your guest, hosts can use the messaging features on our app or website. To access the messaging features, login to your host account, go to dashboard from there you will see message feature from the left hand side
The host gets paid when they reach the minimum threshold of $100. The host must submit a payout request in order to get paid. Hosts can choose to be paid via Paypal or bank transfer. To request a payout, login to your host account, click on wallet, set up your payout method, then submit your payout request. Your payment will be released within 4 days after your payout request. The payout via Paypal is free of charge. payout via wire bank transfer may incur $30 0r $45 transfer fee.
To cancel your reservation follow these steps: 1. Login to your host account 2. Go to dashboard 3. Go to my listing from your left hand side. 4. Click on my bookings 5. Click on the details button of the reservations you wish to cancel. 6. Click on the cancel button. 7. Enter your reason to cancel. 8. Click on the submit button
